Harrison River

Meet at The beach in front of the Harrison Hot Springs Hotel at 9:45 am to be on the water by 10 am. Wear weather appropriate clothing and bring water and a snack. This is a longer paddle than usual. On average it a 5 hour paddle depending on weather and wind conditions. This paddle isn't recommended for inexperienced paddlers. 

Please indicate whether or not you need equipment when you register.  Boats can be picked Friday evening at 7 pm at the main beach boathouse. If paddlers don't have roof racks on their vehicles please have foam roof racks and straps or rope to tie on your boat on for transporting.

This paddle will take place rain or shine unless it is considered unsafe. Free for members but membership and registration are REQUIRED.

If there are no registrations the morning of the event, or if the conditions are unsafe, the paddle may be cancelled. Please check with Teena at 604-316-7063, Gord 604-809-4555  for updates. 

Maximum group size is 20 paddlers.

Youth under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, over the age of 18 who is also a CCE member in good standing and paddles competently.

This is a meet-up paddling group - the leader/ coordinator is not an instructor. You are responsible for your own safety on the water and must have adequate skills. BEGINNERS and new members are required to take a lesson BEFORE attending a Cultus Paddle to ensure you have adequate paddling skills and are able to exit the boat safely
