Youth Development Team Fall Season 2022
|Date||2022 Sep 07-Nov 30|
|Address||76 Pavillion Rd, Cultus lake, V2R4Y5|
Is your son/daughter ready to take their kayaking to the next level? Does she/he/they want to have fun outside on the water and learn new skills? The goals of for group are to have fun!, improve kayak skills and on-water safety awareness, to paddle beautiful rivers and to take on the challenge of some informal slalom races. Paddling slalom gates is an excellent way to improve paddling skills for whitewater paddling, and a great choice even for those youth not inclined to competitive sports.
This program includes 1 lesson/ week on flatwater (Cultus Lake or flatwater slalom gates) and 1 river run (weather, river level and skills dependent). Note that sessions may be rescheduled or replaced with a non-paddling alternative if the weather is inclement. Pool sessions will be scheduled once a week in November and will be included in the fees paid.
Our seasonal Youth Development Team program Fall season runs Sept-Nov. Target age range 8-16 years! This is a year round program with seasonal sign-up.
2 lessons per week monthly fee $160 OR register for all 3 months for $400
