Register now for this 1 hour Cardio-focused fitness class!  Kayaking gives you a good cardio workout as you paddle and it's a fun and exciting way to do cardio outdoors. In addition, kayaking can strengthen your lats, give you firm abs, strong, good-looking arms, can help you lose weight and can help get rid of stress.

All paddling equipment (kayak, PFD, paddle) will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Club Membership required (drop-in membership is available). In addition to registering here for your workout please also register as a club member by following this link: CCECanoeKayak.rampregistrations.com [NOTE: RAMP is a different registration platform from Sportical, you will need to make a new account]. 

 

You can register every week or for whichever days you want to attend

 

COST:

Club Member price: Single session $15

Adult membership $45: Pay for 1st session + membership and get $5 off

Book 3 or more sessions and get 20% off ($12 per session)

 

Please dress for the weather. Bring a towel and a change of clothes. See you at the lake!
