Whitewater skills level 1 (ADULT)

Discover the fun of whitewater kayaking! This set of lessons is suitable for adults who want to start paddling on the river.

Level 1 = Beginner Whitewater

Schedule: once a week for 6 weeks: Saturday afternoons 2-4pm

NOTE we also run instructor-led community whitewater paddles on the Chilliwack River every Thursday evening, FREE for club members.

Your instructors will tell you when you are ready to join this group.

All equipment provided (kayak, helmet, paddle, PFD, spray skirt)

Safety is our #1 priority - there will be a maximum student: instructor ratio of 6:1 on the river. 

All river paddles are weather, skills and water-level dependent.

COST $180 for 6 lessons PLUS club membership $45. Total $225

(NOTE no lesson on Saturday July 31st)
