Whitewater skills (level 2 ADULT) mistake

• Level 2 Thur & Sun (2020 Sep 10-Oct 25)

This 5 week program is suitable for level 2 ADULTS who want to improve their whitewater kayaking skills.

LEVEL 2 Intermediate: You are comfortable with basic wet exits and T-rescues and have started to develop your roll. You have been introduced to the concept of tilt/ angle and speed for entering and exiting eddies and have mastered the basic paddle strokes required to manoever on the river. You have experience paddling easy (up to grade 2) sections of the river.

Schedule: Sunday mornings 9.00pm-10.30am - focused on river running skills (5 lessons ending May 15th )

Plus you are welcome to join us for "Cookie Race" Saturday 18th June at our Cedarwahl Farms race site.

All equipment provided (kayak, helmet, paddle, PFD, spray skirt)

Safety is our #1 priority - there will be a maximum student: instructor ratio of 6:1 on the river. All river paddles are weather, skills and water-level dependent.

Club membership required: $45 

COST $125 for 5 lessons ( $150 if equipment is needed) PLUS club membership $45. Total $170 ($195 with equipment and membership)
