Harrison to Kilby Paddle Boat pick up will be Friday at 8 pm at the Main Beach Boathouse. Club boats are available for use by club members in good standing. 9 am Saturday we will meet at Harrison to drop off the boats and run the shuttle to Kilby. We will be leaving Harrison at 10 am. plan is to be at Kilby by 3 pm. This is a long paddle, and you must be able to paddle for long periods of time. Bring a hat, water, sunscreen, your camera, dress for the weather, and a lunch. contact Teena if your borrowing a club boat and gear. ***This trip is weather dependant!_*** check facebook and the website the morning of the event and those registered will be notified by email if cancelled or location is changes.

Free for members but membership and registration are REQUIRED. Please indicate whether or not you need equipment when you register.

If there are no registrations the morning of the event, or if the conditions are unsafe, the paddle may be cancelled. Please check facebook and Sportical http://chilliwackcentreofexcellence.sportical.com/events if you are not sure.

You must be a CCE Paddling Club member in good standing. Membership forms are attached below: if you are not yet a member, please complete a form for each participant and email to [email protected]. You will be given an opportunity to pay for membership when you register for this event: if you wish to pay by e-transfer please tick "other" payment option and email us for instructions.

Maximum group size is 20 paddlers. Covid 19 protocols will be in place (See website ccekayak.com for details) and sanitation supplies are available. Club boats and equipment are available to use, however if you have your own equipment please use your own, to decrease the risk of COVID-transmission. Paddlers are responsible for disinfecting club equipment after use (directions and supplies are provided).

Youth under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, over the age of 18 who is also a CCE member in good standing and paddles competently.

This is a meet-up paddling group - the leader/ coordinator is not an instructor. You are responsible for your own safety on the water and must have adequate skills. BEGINNERS and new members are required to take a lesson BEFORE attending a Cultus Paddle to ensure you have adequate paddling skills and are able to exit the boat safely: https://chilliwackcentreofexcellence.sportical.com/events/5019.
