COVID-19 update: safety is our number one concern. This summer, all group sizes are smaller (max 5 youth per instructor), all equipment is disinfected between participants and social distancing will be practiced on the water except where it would be unsafe to do so for emergency management.

This camp is suitable for youth who have LEVEL 2 river kayaking experience as outlined below and want to improve their whitewater kayaking skills. LEVEL 3 youth paddler are also welcome to join the group - we will paddle different sections of the Chilliwack River depending on the experience and strength of the group.

LEVEL 2 Intermediate: For youth who have completed the "Intro to Rivers" camp and/or have experience paddling easy (grade 1-2) sections of the river.
LEVEL 3 Advanced skills development: youth who know how to roll and can paddle up to grade 3 rivers

If you are interested in just joining the group for one or two or the 3 days only please email Jenny at [email protected]
All equipment provided (kayak, helmet, paddle, PFD, spray skirt)

Safety is our #1 priority - there will be a maximum student: instructor ratio of 4:1 on the river. All river paddles are weather, skills and water-level dependent. The first lesson in each set will be at Cultus Lake.

NOTE: If you do not wish to pay using Paypal, please email us for details about paying by e-transfer.
